This is a Tophat  in winter white parasisal straw, elegantly embelished with luxurious French velvet ribbon that wraps the base of the crown, a pair of delicate bowscrafted from the same velvet ribbon in the back of the hat. Adding to the hat's allure is a layer of fine veilling that drapes gracefully over the brim's front. The veiling adds introduces an air of mystery and sophistication.
